Or Elenberg has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Or started their career at Tushia Insurance Agency, where they performed actuarial debt calculations for kibbutz members. In 2012, they joined Migdal Group as a budget control and commission controller, designing a calculation model for agents' commissions and monitoring fee payments. In 2014, they worked as a data analyst at M.R.M. Computerized Vehicle Information, where they optimized and analyzed data using Excel and performed data mining tasks.
