Alice Fordyce is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent management, youth engagement, and educational program development. Currently serving as the Emerging Talent Manager at G.Network Communications since November 2019, Alice has previously held key positions such as Apprenticeship Programme Manager at Resurgo Trust and Youth Engagement and Partnerships Manager at the London Borough of Hackney. With additional roles including Education Employment and Training Advisor for the Virtual School for Looked After Children and Project Manager at Access Sport, Alice has accumulated extensive expertise in supporting disadvantaged youths. Alice's career began with significant contributions as a Senior Outreach and Development Worker at The Prince's Trust and a Parent Support Advisor at Barnardo's. Alice holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Exeter.
