Shikha Handa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and service management. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Service Management at Liberty Latin America since March 2019, Shikha focuses on IT service management strategy, customer service delivery, and automation initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Quality Management and Director of Software Lifecycle Management at Cable & Wireless Communications, where responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing quality control strategies, and spearheading test automation processes. Additionally, Shikha held various QA roles at Interra Information Technologies and Fiserv, emphasizing agile testing methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Shikha holds an MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University.
