Ross Lennox has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership roles. Ross most recently served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at G.James Glass & Aluminium starting in April 2016. Prior to that, they were the National IT Manager at Lite 'n Easy from October 2015 to March 2016. Ross has also held positions such as IT Operations Manager at Asciano, CIO at Arrow Energy, and Executive General Manager of ICT at Macarthur Coal. Ross had a long tenure as the CIO of Oil Search Limited from June 2003 to July 2011. Ross began their career as an IT Consultant at ALSTOM in 1996 and later held corporate IT management positions at Delta Gold and Aurion Gold.

Ross Lennox attended Benedict Auburn from 1972 to 1980, but did not earn a degree or focus on a specific field of study during that time. Ross later enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Engineering.
