Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products since August 2020. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
