Stephen Chima Arubike, a Partner at G. Elias & Co., has extensive experience assisting multinationals, indigenous start-ups, and private equity firms in organizing their businesses in Nigeria to reduce tax burdens and ensure compliance with Nigerian laws. With a background in law from the University of Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School, Stephen has represented businesses before tax tribunals, arbitral tribunals, and superior courts on Nigerian law issues. Prior to their current role, Stephen worked as a Senior Associate at both Allen & Overy in South Africa and G. Elias & Co. in Nigeria.
