Prasad Pawar began their work experience in January 2020 as a Web Developer at ACUBEITSOLUTION. Prasad then joined FynTune Solution in July 2020 as an Associate Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of simple and effective solutions for accessing Insurance/Banking. Prasad is currently working at FynTune Solution as a Software Developer from July 2022. Additionally, they completed a Technology Consulting Virtual Internship at Deloitte Digital in July 2020.

Prasad Pawar completed their Master of Computer Applications degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university, from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Prasad also earned several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained certifications in Data Visualization Using Tableau and Data Visualization Using PowerBI from Great Learning. Prasad also completed the Accenture Discovery Program from Accenture in July 2020. Furthermore, in the same month, they obtained a certification in Python Programming from the National Skill Development Corporation.

Prasad augmented their learning with virtual internships and online courses. In July 2020, they completed the Technology Consulting Virtual Internship provided by Deloitte Digital. In May 2020, they obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, PHP from SoloLearn, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera. Additionally, in April 2020, they completed an HTML and CSS online course from BitDegree and the Programming for Everybody (Python) course from Coursera.
