Nicola Semino started their work experience as an Intern at The Boston Consulting Group in April 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet GmbH, where they were responsible for financial reporting and various business tasks. From 2013 to 2016, Nicola worked at Procter & Gamble, initially as a Commercial Finance Manager and later as a Supply Chain Finance Manager. They then joined Coty in 2016 as a Supply Chain Controller for Post Merger Integration. From 2017 to 2022, Nicola worked at Kellogg Company, first as a Finance Manager for Pringles & Snacks and later as the CFO for Italy. Currently, Nicola is serving as the Global Director of Commercial Finance at Fyffes.

Nicola Semino attended various educational institutions between 2005 and 2012. From 2005 to 2006, they were an AFS exchange student at Ottawa Hills High School. Nicola then enrolled at Università Bocconi from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. In 2009, they participated in an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in International Management at Università Bocconi from 2010 to 2012. During the same period, they also completed a Master's degree in International Management through the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education program at Esade. Overall, Nicola Semino has a diverse education background with a focus on international management and finance.
