Alyssa Kuchta has extensive experience in the jewelry industry. Alyssa founded and served as CEO of fyb jewelry, a lifestyle jewelry brand focused on inspiring young women through meaningful designs and mentorship opportunities. During their time at fyb jewelry, Alyssa designed pieces with semi-precious stones and empowering packaging.
Alyssa later founded and served as CEO of Bay Lavi, a collaborative employment program in Haiti that empowers vulnerable women through jewelry-making. Bay Lavi started as a charity line of bracelets and evolved into a sustainable project that provides income and skills to the women involved.
Additionally, Alyssa was a member of the Board for Students For Haiti, where they worked closely with the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation to fundraise for sustainable healthcare and school renovations in Haiti. Alyssa also had responsibilities such as managing an email list and maintaining official documents.
Before their work in the jewelry industry, Alyssa was an Assistant Manager at Bloom, an eclectic lifestyle boutique, and a Public Relations Intern at THINK PR, where they worked on events and assisted in showroom activities.

Alyssa Kuchta pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Delaware from 2008 to 2012. Alyssa'sstudies there focused on Psychology and Chinese Language. In 2011, they briefly attended the University of Warsaw, where they explored Social Psychology and Jewish Studies without earning a degree.
