Lauren Hickman Colwell has an extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Lauren Hickman started their career in 2006 at Sentient Jet, where they worked as a Flight Planning Representative and later became a Trip Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Colwell Ind as an Account Service Manager and Sales Executive. In 2014, they joined Skyjet as a Sales Director, which later became PrivateFly. At PrivateFly, they held the role of Flight Director from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they work as a Sales Director at FXAIR since 2020.

Lauren Hickman Colwell attended Stonehill College from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing. In 2005, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Richmond, The American International University in London.
