Jacob Smith has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Taproom Operation at FX Matt Brewing Co since May 2016, where responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to ensure a profitable taproom. Prior roles include Brewery Sales Representative and General Manager at O'Neill's Stadium Inn, where Jacob focused on sales growth, inventory maintenance, and staff training. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Representative at Balkan Beverage, managing accounts, and promoting product placements, and as a Merchandiser at Try-It Distributing Co., Inc. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from Daemen University and a Regents Diploma from Orchard Park High School.
