Manoj Sharma has worked as a ServiceNow Developer/Admin at FX Innovation since March 2020. In this role, they have implemented various components, developed application code, and managed third-party integration for CMDB development projects.

Before that, Manoj worked at HCL Technologies from January 2019 to February 2020 as a ServiceNow Developer/Admin. Manoj was responsible for ITSM, Secops, and GRC modules and led the team in development, testing, and deployment tasks.

Prior to that, Manoj worked at Infosys from February 2015 to November 2018. Manoj held the role of ServiceNow Developer/Admin, where they implemented SLAs, ACLs, and Catalog client scripts. Manoj also designed UI actions and managed the migration of data to an enterprise CMDB solution. Additionally, at Infosys, they worked as a Java Developer from January 2014 to January 2015, where they designed web-based business applications and participated in analysis and design initiatives.

Manoj Sharma completed their Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Application from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2013. Manoj then pursued a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, beginning in 2013 and graduating in 2015.
