Justin Tay has extensive experience in the insurance and financial industry. Justin is currently the Head of Learning and Partnership Development at FWD Insurance since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the VP, Project Initiative Lead at GREAT EASTERN from 2019 to 2019. Justin also held various roles at HSBC Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd, including VP of Distribution Development and Support from 2014 to 2019, and VP of Sales Learning and Development from 2011 to 2013. Justin started their career at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Manager from 2007 to 2010, and prior to that, they worked as an Associate Financial Consultant at Manulife Financial from 2000 to 2007.

Justin Tay obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Monash University in 2000. Justin also received a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in 1989. In terms of certifications, they obtained a certificate in Design thinking from Singapore Management University in 2019 and has completed various courses and workshops on topics such as storytelling, innovation, workshop facilitation, and personal effectiveness.
