John Patrick Bagus, MBA, is an experienced sales professional currently serving as a Sales Manager at FWD Insurance since October 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Unit Sales Manager at Pru Life UK from August 2020. Earlier in their career, John was a Human Resources Associate at Monark Equipment Corporation for a brief period in September 2018. John holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from San Pedro College of Business Administration, attained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2018.
