Sung Yi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the animation industry. Starting in 1999, Sung worked as a 3D Artist at Rogue Entertainment until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, Sung served as the Technical Director for Lighting and VFX at DNA Productions, where one of the films worked on was nominated for an Oscar. Moving forward, Sung worked as a 3D Artist at Nerve Software from 2002 to 2004. Sung then became the Lead Animator at Studio Gigante, primarily working on the THQ WWE Wrestlemania 21 project. This role involved managing a team of animators and creating content. In 2006, Sung joined Electronic Arts (EA) Chicago as a Lead Animator, staying until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Sung was a Lead Animator at Ubisoft, working on a Tom Clancy Ghost shooter project. Following this, Sung worked as a Character Animator at Robot Entertainment from 2010 to 2017. With a focus on freelance work, Sung also engaged in a personal-indie game project from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, Sung has been serving as the Lead Animator at Bethesda Game Studios since 2018, responsible for providing visual direction for gameplay animations in projects such as Starfield, Fallout 76, and Elder Scroll: Blades. Additionally, Sung is currently working as the Lead Animator at FuzzyBot, starting in 2022.
