Roshan Sam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Copywriter at Rediffusion Y&R until 2011. Roshan then moved on to Publicis, where they held the role of Senior Creative from 2011 to 2015. During this time, Roshan also worked as a Creative Consultant at 17 Triggers from 2015 to 2015, and as a Travel Writer at Lonely Planet from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they joined Simpl as a Founding Team and Consumer Product Lead, where they worked until 2020. Subsequently, Roshan served as the Associate Director - Customer Experience at PayU from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at TestGorilla from May to September, before joining Fuze in November as a member of the Product team.

Roshan Sam holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution, which was obtained in the year 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Management at Christ University, Bangalore from 2006 to 2009. Their high school education was completed at The Indian School, Kuwait between the years 1992 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained a certification titled "Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior by Dan Ariely" from Coursera in May 2013.
