Egor Barabash is an experienced product owner and project manager currently working at Futurra Group since March 2019. Responsibilities include management of cross-functional teams and the application of Scrum and Kanban methodologies for effective project planning and execution. Egor excels in bridging the gap between technical and business units, gathering requirements, and analyzing product performance through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Previous positions held include Middle IT Project Manager at 920 Solutions and IT Project Manager at Cryptanite, where skills in Agile methodologies, project documentation, and client communication were further developed. Egor holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Physics and Computer Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
