Prakhar Goel is currently a Technical Support Engineer at Futurex since July 2023, having previously served as a Support Engineer Intern from May 2022 to April 2023. During the internship, Prakhar focused on developing tools for client support, particularly a data mining and monitoring system utilizing Prometheus and Grafana. Skills developed include cryptography, financial transaction processing, and error handling, among others. Additionally, Prakhar contributed as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Human-Machine Interaction and MIDAS-IIITD from June 2020 to August 2021. Prakhar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Design from Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi. Education was completed at Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, where General Studies were pursued.
