Project Manager at Futures

Stephanie Schaible began their work experience in 2005 as a Marketing Assistant at Alfa Insurance, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Media Content Associate at Silverchair Learning Systems. Following this, Stephanie worked at Relias Learning from 2013 to 2015, first as a Content Project Manager for Senior Care and later as an Accreditations Specialist. Stephanie then transitioned to Education & Training Systems International in 2015, where they held the position of Account Manager until 2017. At Education & Training Systems International, they managed project billing for major medical and pharmaceutical companies and oversaw the delivery of training materials for high-profile products. Currently, Stephanie works at Futures Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, a position they have held since 2017. In 2019, they also took on the role of Client Trainer and Customer Relationship Manager at the company.

Stephanie Schaible obtained their high school diploma from Manchester High School in 2001. Stephanie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2005, majoring in Communication with a minor in Sociology. In 2004, they attended Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack to study Design and Visual Communications. The following year, they further enhanced their skills in Speech Communication and Rhetoric at Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack. In the same year, they also completed a course in Excel Basics at Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a certificate of completion in Intermediate Microsoft Excel Training from Webucator Online Learning in 2014. In 2012, they completed a certification course on Astrobiology and the Search for Extraterrestrial Life at The University of Edinburgh. Stephanie expanded their knowledge in eLearning Instructional Design by gaining certification from the Association for Talent Development in 2014. Lastly, in 2016, they attended Kennesaw State University to study Business Writing, focusing on Communications and English.
