Molly Delano has a strong background in nonprofit organizations and leadership roles. molly has served as the Executive Director at Futures Ignite since 2018. In addition, Molly is an Advisory Committee Member for the Women's Leadership Council, where they contribute to empowering women and gender expansive individuals in their personal and professional lives. Molly Delano holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Sarah Lawrence College. molly then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy Analysis from the School of Public Affairs, Baruch College.
