Katja Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katja started their career as a Front Office and Accounting Trainee at Marriott International in 2008. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Management Consultant at EY, specializing in IT Advisory for Financial Services. During this time, they led the implementation of an agile project management tool at Lloyds Banking Group and supported EY Partners in business development projects.
In 2014, Katja joined Capco as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Their responsibilities included co-creating the account opening journey for a new B2B challenger bank and leading a change program to improve global Portfolio & Programme Management services for HSBC.
In 2018, Katja took on the role of Digital Transformation Manager at M&G plc, where they managed digital transformation initiatives. Katja also joined Team Machine as a Data Protection Specialist & Product Manager, where they led user research and testing and implemented data privacy and security policies.
In 2019, Katja joined AxeTrading as a Change Director & Prokurist, serving as the right-hand sparring partner to the global CEO and their senior leadership team. Katja helped transform the company into an agile business and executed various strategic and operational projects.
Most recently, in 2022, Katja became the Chief of Staff at Futurepath, where they are currently working. No end date for this role has been provided.
Katja Meyer's education history starts with their A-levels at Theodor Fontane Gymnasium, which they completed from 1999 to 2007. The subjects they studied during this time were Maths, English, French, and Law.
Following their A-levels, Katja went on to pursue a BSc hons degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Oxford Brookes University. Katja attended this university from 2007 to 2011.
