Satish Patel has over 20 years of experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance and implementation consulting. In 1996, they began their career as a Business Systems Analyst for Strategic Accounts at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2002, they became a Senior QA Analyst for CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications), where they were responsible for ensuring overall quality of product and ensuring complete test coverage of functionality. In 2003, they joined Nortel Networks as a Senior QA Analyst. In 2006, they moved to Saudi Telecom Company as a Senior Business Process Analyst, where they reviewed existing business processes and developed business process flow diagrams. In 2007, they joined DNA Oy as a Functional Architect, where they analyzed industry trends and best practices for telecom service providers and designed end-to-end solution architecture. In 2010, they became a Business Analyst for Government Accounts at FutureNet Group, Inc., where they worked with US Small Business Administration and Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority. In 2012, they worked as a System Analyst for US Small Business Administration and a Business Analyst for State of Michigan. In 2013, they became a Business Analyst for Detroit Office of Inspector General and in 2015, they were a Senior Implementation Consultant for City of Detroit.

Satish Patel obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Mumbai University Mumbai in Telecommunications from 1993 to 1996 and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Mumbai University Mumbai in Physics from 1990 to 1993. Satish also holds a Accela Bronze Certification from Accela, obtained in March 2015, and a Laserfiche Certified Professional Program from Laserfiche, obtained in March 2014.
