Aleksandra Mikolajczyk is an experienced Customer Success Engineer and Tech Support Lead at FutureLearn since September 2018. Prior to this role, Aleksandra worked at Hubbub Fundraising as a Customer Success Engineer and gained foundational skills in web development as a student at General Assembly. Aleksandra's previous experience includes positions in digital marketing at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, community management at Ministry of Sound, and marketing at Birchbox. Aleksandra began a career in customer service with roles at Selfridges, California Pizza Kitchen, and internships focused on social media and public relations. Aleksandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and completed a Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly.
