Nicky Tay serves as the Learning and Business Manager at FutureLab.my since November 2021, focusing on developing learning content, implementing mentorship culture for clients, and driving revenue growth while also acting as a master trainer. Previously, Nicky worked at Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd as a Learning and Development Consultant, enhancing organizational development through tailored simulation programs. Prior roles at Genovasi Malaysia involved coaching executives in Design Thinking, along with responsibilities in marketing communications and revenue management. Nicky has also contributed as a guest speaker on human centricity and racial unity at various institutions and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
