Frank Pipolo has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Frank is currently serving as the Vice President of Solutions Architecture at FutureDial Incorporated since February 2022. Prior to this, Frank founded dataR Solutions in 2008, where they focused on providing B2B solutions in the reverse supply chain of mobile devices.

In their previous roles, Frank held the position of Vice President of Solutions and Business Development at CWG from February 2007 to January 2022. Frank played a key role in transforming the company into a leading North American Reverse Logistics Solutions Provider. Additionally, Frank served as the Vice President of Business Development at CMB Asset Recovery from May 2003 to June 2006, where they diversified the business and expanded the service portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked as the Director of Online and Event Technologies at Penton from January 1999 to April 2002. Frank also worked as a Software Engineer at IMG from January 1998 to March 2000, where they managed the solutions group and strategic media relationships. Prior to that, Frank served as a Software Programmer at WarnerMedia from August 1997 to November 1998, working on sports web sites and properties.

Frank's work experience also includes their role as a PET Researcher at the Brookhaven National Laboratory under the US Department of Energy from December 1995 to July 1996. Frank received the Certificate of Achievement for their work during this period.

Frank Pipolo has a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at Binghamton University from 1992 to 1995. In 2020, they also received a certificate in Fundamentals of Industrial Automation from ASME Ontario/McMaster.
