Norm Durham is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Program Manager at Future Technologies Inc. since June 2017, having advanced from a Senior Program Manager role. Prior to this, Norm held the position of Deputy Director of Training at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center from January 2014 to May 2017 and served as LCDR in the US Navy. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Command & Control (C3, C4I) Systems and Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School, completed between 2007 and 2009, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in History from Oregon State University, obtained from September 2001 to May 2003.
