Anil Menon is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Services at Future Group India since February 2008, where strategic implementation of People Services has been a key focus. Previous roles include Chief People Officer for eZone and Home Town, where Anil successfully restructured a store concept and improved in-store experiences while expanding store numbers. Anil has also held the position of Deputy General Manager for People Factory, overseeing mergers and demergers involving 21,000 employees, and has led HR operations as Senior Manager at eZone. Prior to Future Group, Anil contributed as a Recruitment Lead at Reliance Communications and played a pivotal role in the migration of Tata Teleservices Ltd's corporate office. Anil's educational credentials include advanced studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and various HR and talent acquisition workshops.
