Charles Gerard is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and account management, currently serving as Senior Manager Ecommerce APAC at Future since January 2017, where previous roles included Senior Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Manager. Prior experience at Next Commerce from December 2014 to December 2016 as Regional Account Manager APAC and Account Manager involved managing key retail partnerships on the Getprice platform. Additionally, Charles held positions at The Skills Organisation from March 2012 to June 2014, including Customer Service Account Manager and Moderation and Assessment Adviser. Charles holds dual degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, both completed between 2006 and 2011.
