Viktor Fällman has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Viktor began their career at Telia Sverige as a Technical Support for their fixed network, where they were responsible for troubleshooting broadband, ADSL, and digital-TV. In 2011, they moved to Technical Support for Telia's mobile network, where they worked with mobile networks, mobile broadband, mobile phones, and tablets. In 2013, they began Technical Support with Apple Support via Transcom, where they worked with Swedish, Norwegian, and a short period with Danish on iOS. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Handläggare for Försäkringskassan, where they took care of customers seeking compensation and handled customer journals, calculated compensation, paid out compensation, sent information if there were any uncertainties, and took care of and finalized older tasks. In 2016, they also worked as a Förbundsfunktionär for BC Luleå, Luleå Basket, and LF Future. Since 2018, they have been a Full Stack Developer at TietoEVRY and since 2020, a Core Developer at Future Ordering.

Viktor Fällman graduated from Luleå University of Technology in 2019 with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Datateknik. Viktor began their studies at the university in 2014.
