Michelle Brennan has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in team leadership and management. Currently, Michelle serves as the Collections Team Manager at Future Finance, where responsibilities include team leadership, training, and portfolio management, along with the completion of the Operations Manual. Prior roles include Collections Team Lead at PEAC - Pan European Asset Company and Bank Official at AIB Finance & Leasing. Additionally, Michelle has experience as an International Showjumping Groom, managing a team of fourteen horses across Europe, and as a Sales Assistant at O'Reilly's Jewelers. Michelle holds a VEC Qualification in Equestrian/Equine Studies from Dundrum College.
