Matthew Sears has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew is currently the COO and Co-Founder of Future Fest Inc, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Product Designer at We The Project starting in June 2017. Following this, they served as the UI/UX Lead at Demicube from December 2017 to August 2018. Matthew also worked as a Technical Producer at Mr. Kiki Post from June 2016 to July 2018. Matthew'scareer started as an I.T. Technician at Dixie State University from July 2015 to April 2016.

Matthew Sears attended Dixie State University from 2012 to 2023, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management with an Emphasis in Management Information Systems.
