Eric Xia is a partner at Future Capital Discovery Fund. He has over 8 years of experience in early-stage investing and 3 years of experience in ICT corporate strategy consulting. Eric is a specialist in smart logistics, supply chain and manufacturing, with strong experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, risk control, transaction structuring, negotiation, post-investment management and exit optimization. He used to help two start-up companies develop from PMF to IPO.

Eric received his MSc from Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in management science and engineering.
