Phil Forzley is the Vice President of the Maine & Vermont Office Manager at Fuss & O'Neill. Phil has over 25 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering.

Phil began their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Consulting Environmental Engineers in 1995. There, they designed industrial wastewater treatment systems and obtained discharge permits, prepared SPCC plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans. In 2000, Phil became the Vice President of Engineering at Charter Oak Environmental Services. Phil led the engineering practice at the multi-disciplinary consulting firm and specialized in complex design projects with regulatory compliance issues. Phil has been with Fuss & O'Neill since 2004, where they manage the Maine & Vermont office.

Phil Forzley holds a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
