Rani Shoham has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus in the medical devices industry. Rani has held various roles in quality assurance (QA) and regulatory affairs (RA) throughout their career.

From 2019 to present, Rani has been the VP of QA & RA at FUSMobile, where they manage these areas for the company. Prior to this, they worked as a self-employed medical devices quality and regulatory consultant, starting in June 2019.

From 2013 to 2019, Rani served as the Director of QA & RA at Biosense Webster Israel, overseeing the company's quality system and managing the QA and RA department. Rani was responsible for compliance, operations quality, and regulatory strategy.

Before that, Rani was the COO of BioControl Medical from 2010 to 2013. Rani played a crucial role in the company's operations and quality assurance.

From 1999 to 2010, Rani worked at InSightec Ltd, a medical device company specializing in MR Guided Focused Ultrasound technology. Rani held multiple roles during their time there, including VP of Operations & Quality and QA Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of the company's operations, supply chain, production, and quality systems. Rani also played a key role in regulatory processes for different regions.

Rani began their career as a SW Manager at Elta Systems in 1982, where they worked until 1997.

Rani Shoham studied Applied Physics and obtained a Master of Science degree from Tel Aviv University, during the period of 1976 to 1982. Additionally, they pursued Business Administration and Management studies at TIM - Technion Institute of Management for the duration of 2005 to 2006.
