Tracy Butler, MBA, CTP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy is currently the Chief Financial Officer at FusionSite, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, Tracy served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at ePac Flexible Packaging from November 2021 to August 2023. Tracy also held various leadership roles at Sound Transit, including Chief Financial Officer from August 2018 to November 2021, Deputy Executive Director (VP), Finance from June 2014 to August 2018, and Treasurer from July 2007 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Salem Health, where they held positions such as Treasurer, Senior Financial Analyst, and Service Line Consultant from 2002 to 2007. Tracy also gained experience as a Management Consultant at Optima Management from 1999 to 2000, and as a Project Manager at the International Labour Organization from 1998 to 1999.

Tracy Butler, MBA, CTP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Willamette University, which they completed in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland in 2000. Tracy also pursued further education by participating in the CFO Accelerator program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Tracy Butler has obtained certifications as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals, and as a Certified Coach-Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from NLP Pacific.
