Dave Michalski

Dave Michalski has had a long and successful career in sales and business development. Dave started their career in 1990 as a Vice President at Associated Bank, where they were a Retail Banking Territory Manager. In 1998, they moved to eFunds as a Vice President-Regional Sales Director, responsible for a team of 10 account executives. Dave then moved to U.S. Bank in 2003, where they held various roles, including Senior Relationship Manager, Senior Vice President-Division Head, and Vice President-Relationship Manager. In 2019, they founded Bringing People Together 4 Success, LLC, a consultancy that focuses on leadership/professional development, sales training, project management, equipment management, and CRM solutions. Dave also worked as a Director at Dale Carnegie Training and a Loaned Executive at United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County in 2019 and 2020, respectively. In 2021, they returned to United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County as a Loaned Executive and was recognized for outstanding performance, receiving the 2019 Loaned Executive of the Year award. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Sales Consultant at both FusionIQ and FI MarketScan Advisors since 2022 and 2023, respectively.

Dave Michalski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Work - Social Agency Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1970 and 1974. Dave also has additional certifications from Dale Carnegie Training, including Winning with Relationship Selling (April 2020) and Effective Communications & Human Relations Course (January 2020). Additionally, Dave has a certification in Solution Selling from LinkedIn (March 2019).
