Sofía Cruz Babbar has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources, key account management, talent acquisition, and administrative/financial coordination. Sofía started their career at IBM as an Administrative/Financial Coordinator, where they handled budgeting, project management, logistics coordination, and expense control. Sofía then moved on to Mondelēz International, where they worked as a Key Account Manager and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for client relationship management, sales analysis, negotiation, and recruitment strategies. Their most recent position was at FusionHit, where they served as a Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing HR policies, risk management, and strategic direction. Throughout their career, Sofía has demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Sofía Cruz Babbar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica between 2014 and 2020, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2022, they became an Agile HR Certified Professional AHRCP™ from CertiProf and completed a certification in Strategic Marketing from the INCAE Business School. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Labor Legislation in Costa Rica and Payroll Preparation from Universidad Fidélitas, as well as a certification in Company Management in the Post-Coronavirus Era from Aden Business School.
