Daniel Bastian Bayer is an experienced technology and operations leader with a strong background in project management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones TI at Fusiona since August 2023, Daniel has held key roles in various companies, including Gerente de Servicios y Proyectos LATAM at Atentus, where leadership of a 25-member team focused on enhancing internal talent and providing 24x7 customer support. Prior to that, Daniel was Gerente de Tecnología e Innovación at CYGNUS, managing IT processes and contributing to business development through technology. Earlier experience includes leading regional projects at Cardumen LATAM and managing web development projects at 2B IT & Design. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado en Gestión Estratégica de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones TIC from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an Ingeniería en Computación e Informática from Universidad Mayor.
