Julia Riley has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Julia started their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at SAIC, where they provided on-site support for the III system and served as a technical lead for software development, integration, and testing. In 2002, they joined Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Software Engineering Associate Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as providing status updates on software development activities. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Finance SW Engineer, supporting and developing critical enterprise applications and completing the implementation and support of a Delphi software upgrade. At Mylan Pharmaceuticals, they also played a critical role in the initial stand up of the Informatica software suite. Most recently, since 2016, they have been working as a Principal Software Engineer at Fusion Technology LLC.

Julia Riley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Fairmont State University, which they completed from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019, and Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner from the same institution in April 2018.
