Michaela Miller has over two decades of experience in payroll, immigration, and accounts payable roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Contract Payroll Manager at Fusion People since April 2014, Michaela has supported the transition of payroll operations to Manila. Previously, Michaela worked at IBM United Kingdom Ltd for a decade, holding positions such as Immigration Professional and Payroll Team Leader, where responsibilities included issuing sponsorship for migrant workers and managing payroll for leavers and overpayments. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounts Payable Team Leader for various countries and as Branch Administrator at Knight Benton Recruitment. Michaela holds an AAT Level II in Payroll Administration.
