Tami Heaton is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both digital project management and wellness facilitation. Currently serving as a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator at Regulation Breathwork + Somatic Therapy in St. Louis, Tami is a certified instructor progressing toward Holotropic Breathwork certification and studying polyvagal theory with industry leaders. In addition, Tami is a Technical Project Manager at FUSION Marketing, overseeing project scopes and developer workloads while managing website content. Previous roles include Digital Production Team Lead at 160over90, Owner and Creative Director of Undeniable, and various positions within ViacomCBS and NBCUniversal, where Tami managed digital content strategy and production. Tami holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and will complete RYT 500 training with Yoga Alliance in 2024.
