Tzeitel Muscat is currently working at Fusion for Energy as the Head of Finance Unit. Prior to this role, Muscat held positions at the Council of the European Union in the Legal Service department and at FleishmanHillard as a Senior Consultant in European Public Affairs. Muscat holds a Masters in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe and a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from the University of Malta.
