Justin Koehler has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2002 to 2020. Justin began their career in 2002 as an Executive Team Leader at Target. From there, they worked at InfoUSA as an Account Manager from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, Justin became a Heart Walk Director at the American Heart Association, a position they held until 2010. Justin then joined Carson Group Partners and Carson Group Coaching as a Sr. Business Development Consultant until 2018. In 2018, Justin became a Director of Sales at Fusion Capital Management, where they currently work. In the same year, they also took on the role of Senior Sales Consultant at Advisor OS, which they held until 2020.

Justin Koehler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Business at Doane University from 1995 to 1999. Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1999 to 2002.
