Fakhrul Islam possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Fusion CX since June 2022. Previously, Fakhrul held the position of Operations Manager at Cogent E Services from November 2018 to June 2022, and has also worked as Assistant Manager at both Cogent E Services and Karvy Global Services. Prior experience includes a decade at Hinduja Global Solutions, where Fakhrul advanced through various roles, including Assistant Manager, Senior Team Lead, Team Leader, Process Trainer, and Customer Service Representative. Education was completed at the University of Kalyani, earning a degree in Arts from 2005 to 2007.
