Jeff Poole has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Fusion Academy from March 2007 to September 2019. Jeff was responsible for overseeing the operations of the innovative private school catering to students in grades 6-12. Prior to that, they worked as the President at Spartan Oil Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Jeff also served as the Vice President of School Operations at National Heritage Academies from 1997 to 2005.

Jeff Poole completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Systems Economics & Management from Michigan State University in 1984. Jeff then pursued a Master of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from the same university, which they completed in 1985.
