Software Engineer at Fuse Integration

Earl Lozada has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Earl is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Fuse Integration since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman from May 2019 to June 2021.

Before their tenure at Northrop Grumman, Earl Lozada served as a Software Developer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from October 2010 to April 2019. In this role, they focused on software development and troubleshooting using C/C++ for Red Hat Linux and VxWorks target platforms. Earl was involved in various phases of the Ground Control Station operating software, including requirements, design, coding, testing, system integration, and third-party module integration. Earl also participated in engineering peer reviews and contributed to technical documentation.

Earl Lozada began their professional career as a Peer Counselor at UCSD Kaibigang Pilipino from September 2008 to June 2010. This role was part of the KP STAR program, which aimed to promote the retention and graduation rates of Filipin@s at UCSD. As a peer counselor, Earl provided academic, social, and personal support to students during their transition.

Earl Lozada completed their Associate of Arts degree in Transfer Studies from Pasadena City College from 2005 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Earl Lozada recently acquired certification in "The Web Developer Bootcamp 2021" from Udemy in September 2021.
