Caitlin Cusitello

Technical Product Manager at Fuse Integration

Caitlin Cusitello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Caitlin started their career in 2010 as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, serving on the USS Benfold (DDG 65) as the Divisional Operations Officer. In 2013, they became a Nuclear Engineer Officer and Reactor Controls Division Head on the USS George Washington (CVN-73). During this time, they gained expertise in managing nuclear systems and engineering operations.

In 2015, Caitlin joined the Surface Warfare Officers School Basic Division Officer Course as the Academic Director and Instructor, where they played a key role in training new officers. Caitlin continued in this position until 2018.

In 2018, Caitlin transitioned to civilian work and joined Fuse Integration as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer. Caitlin managed projects and collaborated on technical integration efforts. In 2019, they took on the role of Quality Manager, ensuring high standards and compliance within the company. Caitlin's most recent role at Fuse Integration is Technical Product Manager, which they started in September 2021.

Alongside their civilian career, Caitlin serves in the US Navy Reserve. Caitlin initially joined in 2018 as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer and later took leadership positions in various units. Currently, they are the Commanding Officer at Navy Reserve Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific. Caitlin is also slated to be the Commanding Officer at Navy Reserve, Commander, Navy Installations Command Fire and Emergency Services B starting in February 2023. Caitlin has showcased their leadership abilities and military expertise throughout their career.

Caitlin Cusitello began their education in 2006 at the United States Naval Academy, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in History. Caitlin completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. In terms of further educational pursuits, Caitlin is currently attending the USAF Air Command and Staff College, with an expected completion date in 2022. Upon completion, they will earn a Master of Military Operational Art and Science. It is not specified what field of study they are focusing on during their time at the Air Command and Staff College.

In addition to their formal education, Caitlin has obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2018.
