Renalda Xhikola is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at Fuse Energy since March 2023. Previously, Renalda held the position of Head of Global Talent at Revolut from August 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading a global team focused on talent, employer branding, and recruitment operations. Renalda also has experience in executive recruitment, partnering with the founder and CEO of Revolut, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morgan Stanley for a brief period in 2019. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at DBFS and Marketing Assistant at Enactus Kent. Renalda holds a degree in International Business with Spanish from the University of Kent and has A levels from Gosforth High School.
