Joe Mazzenga is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational performance. As Managing Partner at NuBrick Partners since November 2015, Joe specializes in executive leadership and succession planning. Concurrently serving as Vice President at Furst Group since January 2012, Joe contributes to executive search and leadership development within the healthcare industry. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Talent and Rewards Solutions at Aon Hewitt Consulting, where Joe led initiatives in talent management and organizational performance, and Founder/Principal Partner at Whetstone, Inc., where Joe drove various leadership development projects. Early career experience includes being a Psychotherapist in private practice and providing clinical services at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Joe holds an MSW in Counseling Psychology from George Williams College and a BA in HR and Organizational Development from Trinity International University.
