Brendan Hogan has a diverse work experience. Brendan began their career as an Apartment Director at Wichita State University in October 2003 and held the position until July 2005. In February 2006, they joined Furniture Options as an Inventory & System Specialist. Brendan was responsible for managing the inventory control process for six furniture and housewares rental stores across five states, coordinating inventory shifts between stores, and buying duties to maintain supplies. Brendan also maintained and trained others on the company's inventory software. From January 2007 to December 2013, Brendan served as the General Manager at Furniture Options. In this role, they oversaw the management of eight rental stores in seven states, ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and compliance with strategic goals. Brendan worked closely with store management and assisted the Vice President with strategic decision-making for the division. In January 2014, Brendan was promoted to Director of Operations & IT at Furniture Options until present. Finally, starting from January 2023, they took on the role of Vice President, continuing their responsibilities and contributions to the company.

Brendan Hogan has a B.S. degree in Marketing/International Business from Kansas State University (1996-2001). Brendan also holds an M.ed. degree in Sports Management & Recreation from Springfield College (2001-2003).
